Over the years I developed a number of websites that were all about funny ideas I had.
I’ve left them up just because they’re somewhat nostalgic.
ComicExchange began in 1998 (still runs) whose time has passed. Back in the days of AOL, everyone used html clips to bring content into their home page. ComicExchange provided an html clip that was free to use, that brought comic strip content onto your homepage. More than 200 cartoonists globally participated providing their daily - weekly - occasional work into peoples homepage.
MyOldTies was a second goofy idea started in 2012 rooted in the idea that men have ties hanging in their closet that have been forlorn and forgotten. The concept was that people could send us these forgotten ties and we’d work to find them a new second lease on life. Literally we received thousands of ties over the years. Still get the occasional box of amazing ties. Only problem we ever had was finding them a new home, neck or other repurpose outlet.
There were others as well… God do bless my wife Kate for putting up with ideas like OPTools, Crap on a Rock, Cowabunga Therapy, Leave Crazy at the Door, M Foxy Lady, Quote Stash, VIPA (Victim Impanel Association), Zodiac Psyche and others I will never mention.
